As part of our school's commitment to wellness, this month’s Tiger Bites resource is all about "Patterns of Power." We are featuring the USDA’s Fruit-a-licious Breakfast Cup, a hands-on kitchen project that lets our students take the lead in fueling their bodies.

Pick Your Power: Tigers love variety! Choose from apples, blueberries, bananas, or even raisins to customize your cup.
