
American Education Week Day 4 was celebrating the 2000s and boy bands! Staff and students had a great Thanksgiving meal from the kitchen staff today too.

Happy American Education Week! Someone once said, "It takes a village" and here at H.E.S., we realize just how true that is. From those who arrive early to those who stay late, from the bus drivers and classroom teachers to the cafeteria workers and administrative staff, plus countless others, our students are blessed to have YOU!

American Education Week Day 2 was 80s attire and a candy bar. Thank you parents for the donations of 80s candy. Teachers loved having Ring Pops, Pop Rocks, and Candy Necklaces.

November 6th-17th is National Homeless and Hunger Awareness week. H.E.S. will be collecting all canned and boxed foods especially proteins to donate to this wonderful cause. H.E.S. will still participate in their food drive for H.E.S. families as well and more info will be coming home on that soon! If you are able to donate any items, please send them to school starting on November 13th and ending on November 17th so that we have time to deliver our donation.
