Reminder-IPads that went home with students are for educational purposes only. Please supervise your child while they are using them. No personal pictures should be stored on the iPad. Please refer to eLearning contract that you signed. Activity of the IPads is actively monitored by the school district including all photos that are taken by the IPAD.

Updated Breakfast and Lunch Notice to Parents

Lunches will be distributed on Remote learning days starting on Friday, September 18th. We will be distributing them on 17th Street near the flagpole from 10 AM to 11 AM.

North Side is having an online Scholastic Book Fair. You will have access to shop The Scholastic Store and earn rewards for our school with every purchase starting on September 14th. USDA approved a waiver for all NSPC students to eat breakfast and lunches for free. Please let your child's teacher know if you want your child to eat breakfast and / or lunch. This waiver is valid until December 31.

If your child is enrolled in the STARS after school program, they will need a ziplock bag with a pencil, crayons, glue stick, and scissors in it. They need this so they can work on their remote learning. Please mark the bag stars so it will stay in their backpack.

Parents- Bus drop offs in the afternoons are occurring approximately 30 minutes sooner than earlier notified due to the smaller number of riders. On Fridays, HHS and HJHS students are not in attendance so drop offs will be even earlier

Reminder-Students that attend North Side Primary Center and Herrin Elementary School attend school M-F. We do NOT have remote learning days on Fridays.

Thank you to EVERYONE for making our first day back at North Side Primary Center a complete SUCCESS!! Students- You did an AMAZING job wearing your masks, social distancing, and being COVID safe!! Teachers and Staff- Students felt welcomed and were so excited to be in their classrooms, the drop off and pick up routine was excellent, breakfast and lunch were delivered to classrooms, a multitude of questions were answered by office staff, and the building was clean and ready for children's return today. Parents- Thank you for being so patient with the drop off and and pick up process.
