Parents, be on the lookout! Picture proofs will be coming home with students either today or tomorrow. Please check your child’s backpack and review them when they arrive. Email brandi.karnes@herrinschools.org with any questions. Picture re-takes will be November 20th. Once a picture has been retaken, the original picture is gone.

We host these fundraisers so we don’t have to ask parents to sell items—and the best part is, the kids get to have fun while supporting our school!

🛍️ Fan gear and fun items will also be available for purchase ranging from $1 to $5.
💵 Cost: $5 per student
Please send $5 (checks payable to HES PTO) to your child’s teacher by Wednesday, September 24th.

From troubleshooting tech issues to making sure our systems stay strong, we couldn’t do it without him! Dear Herrin CUSD #4 Families,
We're excited to announce a significant upgrade to our district's phone system, replacing the antiquated system that has been in place for several years. This modernization will improve communication and safety for our students, teachers, and staff, while also helping us connect with you more effectively
The installation of the new system is currently in progress, and we will begin transitioning to the new system over the next few days. We ask for your patience as our staff becomes familiar with the new equipment over the next couple of weeks. One possible issue during this time may be an occasional dropped call when transferring. If this occurs, please simply call back.
All district phone numbers will remain the same. We are confident this upgrade will make communication smoother and more efficient for everyone.
